Children are the church’s most valuable resource
At His Kids, we promise that your children will have a great time! Our goal is to have each child develop their own deep and personal relationship with God through His word, worship, and FUN! We want the children to know that they are a part of God’s Kingdom and most importantly, we want the children to know that church is a fun, safe environment, so that as they get older, they will understand that they can turn toward God and the church in times of need and times of praise.
We also value the safety and security of our children. We utilize a secure electronic check-in system and trained volunteers that you can count on to know that your child will be safe until you return to pick them up. In addition, all employees and volunteers are subjected to a screening process which includes a thorough application, reference check, personal interview, background investigation, and training program. Our staff and volunteer teams are truly gifted and are enthusiastic about making a difference in each child’s life.
Because individual attention is crucial to having the His Kids experience, we ensure that appropriate teacher-to-child ratios in each classroom are met. We also adhere to strict guidelines in order to ensure good health for everyone. As such, we ask that parents not leave their child if they show signs of illness.
We understand that because each age range differs in their learning ability and style, it is important to have age appropriate settings, lessons, and activities. We provide a number of different classrooms, each of which are specifically tailored to meet the specific needs of a particular age group. Lessons and activities are specifically adapted for that class’ age group so that the children can get the most out of their time here.
Noah’s Ark Babies: 6 months – 1 year
Noah’s Ark Toddlers: 2 – 3 years
The Barnyard: 4 year olds – Kindergarten
The Jungle: 1st – 2nd grades
Under the Sea: 3rd-5th grades
